Under the revised Master Plan a total of 116,446 square feet will be added to Gulliver Academy. The proposed additions include the following: gymnasium/auditorium, classroom buildings, baseball field house, and a natatorium.


 

GULLIVER’S NEW MASTER PLAN  RECEIVED FINAL APPROVAL  BY THE CITY OF CORAL GABLES COMMISSION ON MARCH 22, 2011.  The expansion is estimated to cost approximately $30 million and take approximately 10 years to build.  Gulliver will now have to go back to the city for approval of each individual building for architectural and building plans.
